ReForm rPETG GF10, developed by FormFutura, is a high-performance 10% glass fiber reinforced rPETG compound engineered for Large Format Additive Manufacturing (LFAM) applications that require a balanced combination of strength, dimensional stability, and printability.

Produced from 100% post-industrial recycled PETG and reinforced with 10% glass fibers, ReForm rPETG GF10 delivers an optimal balance between mechanical performance, sustainability, and processing ease. This makes ReForm rPETG GF10 an excellent choice for a wide range of industrial and functional applications.

Balanced Performance with Glass Fiber Reinforcement

The addition of 10% glass fibers (GF10) enhances the material’s properties while maintaining good processability:

  • Improved stiffness and strength compared to standard PETG;
  • Enhanced dimensional stability for large-format prints;
  • Reduced warping and shrinkage during printing;
  • Printing with fine detail compared to higher glass fiber filled materials.

This makes ReForm rPETG GF10 ideal for applications where mechanical performance is required without sacrificing ease of printing.

Optimized for LFAM Printability

ReForm rPETG GF10 is specifically formulated to perform reliably in LFAM systems:

  • Excellent layer adhesion for strong, durable parts;
  • Consistent extrusion behavior for large-scale production;
  • Lower processing complexity compared to higher fiber-filled materials.

The result is a stable, easy-to-print material suitable for both prototyping and end-use parts.

Excellent Processability & Post-Processing

ReForm rPETG GF10 offers outstanding mechanical performance and ease of use in LFAM systems. Printed parts can be easily drilled, sawn, screwed, or adhesive bonded, allowing seamless integration into complex assemblies and finished products.
