Do you plan to offer more colours/materials?
We are continuously looking to add new colours/materials. If there’s a colour, or effects like glow-in-the-dark, or material that you would like us to add to our webshop, we would like to hear about it. Please contact us via the form on the right.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we do offer bulk discounts to companies, educational institutions, retailers/wholesalers and other kind of organisations using large quantities of ABS/PLA plastic filament. Please contact us via email@example.com and let us know your enquiry. We do have a volume-based business-to-business discounting pricing scheme available. Please input some information about your organization (incl. your registered tax and business number), the volume of filament you are generally using or planning to use, and perhaps something about the projects you are working on.
How can I stay updated on your product offering?
There are 2 common ways to stay up-to-date with respect to our latest materials/colours. You can check our website regularly for new filaments/colours, or you can sign up for our newsletter on the bottom of this page. Every now and then we will send out a newsletter with announcements about new products, services colours, colour-effects, events and interesting news about desktop 3D printing. We will only send a newsletter when we have something interesting to share with you. We hate spam as much as you do and therefore we will definitely not spam your mailbox! You can always unsubscribe from our newsletter.

Orders can be shipped worldwide by UPS or FedEx parcel services. You can also choose for local pickup if you want to pick up your order at our warehouse in Nijmegen, The Netherlands.

How long does it take before my parcel leaves your warehouse?
Under normal circumstances we will always strive to deliver your order to UPS or FedEx parcel services within 1-2 working days. Once we have handed over your order to UPS or FedEx you will receive an email with tracking information from the Track & Trace service from UPS or FedEx.
How can I calculate my shipping costs?
