How can I make an order?
In our shop, choose your product and select the preferred diameter and weight. By clicking the button “Add to Cart” the selected product will be placed in your shopping cart. To finish shopping, click on the shopping cart icon at the right upper corner of our website an continue to checkout. Fill in your information and continue with the next steps. Only when you click the button “Pay Now” at the last step, your order will be confirmed and finalized after the payment has been processed. You'll receive an order confirmation at the provided email address.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn’t been packed and shipped yet, it is possible to cancel your order. To do this please contact our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have already received a shipment confirmation of your order, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel your order anymore.
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
As long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, it is possible to change the delivery address of your order. To do this please contact our customer support at email@example.com. However do have in mind that changing the delivery address may affect the shipping costs of your order.
Once you have received a shipment confirmation, it's no longer possible to make any changes to your order.
Where can I find the invoices of my orders?
The invoices of your orders are accessible through your account. Please login to our website and click on "my account" at the right upper corner of our website. Under "Your Invoices and Payments" you'll find all processed payments and invoices of your orders.
