Shipping

At Formfutura we strive to keep shipping costs and shipping times to a minimum. We are service-minded and always try to give our customer the best value for their money, meaning short delivery times and the lowest possible shipping costs. We will never make a profit from our shipping.

We ship our products worldwide. Under normal circumstances we will ship orders within 1-2 working days, unless specified otherwise by us. Orders are shipped with PostNL. Once we have delivered your order to PostNL you will receive an email with tracking information from the Track & Trace service from PostNL.

*If you live in the Netherlands, it is also possible to pick up your order in our warehouse. When finalising your order you can simply choose the option “Free Local Pickup” and we are more than happy to hand out your order to you in our warehouse. You also have the option to pay in our warehouse, simply choose the option “Pay in Store” during checkout in our webshop. Please contact us via email/phone to make an appointment to pick up your order.

Shipping costs are calculated by your order’s total weight including packaging. Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Amsterdam and can be sent to all countries in the world with PostNL. Please see below overview from PostNL with their tariffs per geographical zone and weight. A single parcel can have a maximum weight of 20 or 30Kg (depending on the country), this however doesn't mean you can't order more, it just means that the order will be devided over 2 (or multiple) parcels. The prices shown are excluding taxes.
