ReForm rPLA Matt UV for LFAM is a high-performance, mineral-filled PLA compound specifically engineered for Large Format Additive Manufacturing (LFAM) applications. This sustainable material delivers a aesthetically pleasing, naturally matte surface finish while maintaining excellent mechanical strength and process stability.
Enhanced Material Density & Premium Matte Surface
Finish ReForm rPLA Matt UV is approximately 15% heavier than standard PLA, due to its high mineral content. This increased material density contributes to a more substantial, solid feel in printed parts. The combination of higher weight and a natural matte finish results in printed objects that eliminate the typical “plastic look” often associated with conventional PLA. Instead, parts achieve a more professional, stylish, and high-end appearance. This makes ReForm rPLA Matt UV ideal for architectural components, design objects, and functional end-use applications where visual quality matters.
UV-Stabilized for Outdoor Durability and UV-Exposed Parts
Our ReForm rPLA Matt UV compound is enhanced with UV stabilizers, which ensure improved resistance to sunlight exposure. Printed parts retain their visual and mechanical integrity over time. This makes ReForm rPLA Matt UV a suitable LFAM material for both indoor and outdoor LFAM applications.
Excellent Mechanical Performance & Optimized Flow Behavior for LFAM
Our mineral-filled formulation enhances stiffness and dimensional stability while maintaining reliable strength. The mineral reinforcement enhances rigidity while maintaining excellent processability. This makes the material well-suited for large-format industrial prints requiring durability and precision. Its excellent melt flow and consistent extrusion performance result in a user-friendly mineral-filled PLA compound with optimized flow behavior. This ensures smooth printing, reduced warping, and perfect layer adhesion for all your LFAM projects.
ReForm rPLA Matt UV for LFAM is the ideal solution for manufacturers seeking a sustainable, mineralenhanced PLA material that delivers both superior aesthetics and reliable large-format additive manufacturing (LFAM) performance.
